In 2025, I was hungry…
I’ve tried countless jerkies over the years, but none had that perfect mix of quality meat, bold seasoning, and real craftsmanship—so I made my own.
We’re David and Kaylee! A Long Island couple who shares a love for good food, hard work, and each other. Exceptional Jerky began as a dream: To create jerky that actually tastes Exceptional. We’ve poured our hearts (and taste buds) into crafting bold, flavorful jerky that’s unbelievably tender. Made with high quality cuts of meat and ingredients you can feel good about.
